Cancellation Policy

Policy and Terms and Conditions for Hartspad Adventure Trails 1. Introduction Welcome to Hartspad Adventure Trails. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our trails and related services, including the purchase of trail passes online. By purchasing a trail pass and/or accessing our trails, you agree to abide by these Terms. 2. Trail Pass Purchase 2.1. All trail passes must be purchased via our official website or designated sales platforms. 2.2. Trail passes are valid only for the date(s) specified during purchase. 2.3. Passes are non-transferable and non-refundable, except as outlined in Section 7. 3. Access and Usage 3.1. Trail passes grant access to the designated trails for hiking, running, or mountain biking only. 3.2. Trail use is permitted exclusively during the operating hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM from Monday to Sunday. 3.3. Accessing the trails outside of these hours is strictly prohibited. 3.4. Trail users must carry a copy of their trail pass (digital or printed) and present it upon request. 4. Code of Conduct 4.1. Respect for nature and other trail users is mandatory. Littering, vandalism, or disruptive behavior is not tolerated. 4.2. Pets are welcome but must be leashed and under control at all times. 4.3. Users must adhere to posted signage and trail difficulty levels to ensure safety. 4.4. Mountain bikers must yield to hikers and runners, and all users must yield to equestrians if present. 5. Safety and Liability 5.1. Trail users assume all risks associated with trail activities, including but not limited to, injuries, wildlife encounters, and adverse weather conditions. 5.2. Helmets are mandatory for all mountain bikers. 5.3. Users must inform staff immediately in case of an emergency by contacting the emergency number provided on the trail pass. 5.4. Hartspad Adventure Trails is not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings. 6. Trail Conditions and Maintenance 6.1. Trails may be temporarily closed due to weather conditions, maintenance, or other unforeseen circumstances. Updates will be communicated on our website and social media platforms. 6.2. Users must respect closures and detours. 7. Cancellation and Refund Policy 7.1. Trail pass cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled date for a full refund. 7.2.
